Take a breath.
Step into the forest.
Come back to yourself.
Whether you’re seeking stillness, clarity, stress relief or simply a breath of fresh air, this is your invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to the quiet magic of the natural world.
"In a forest of a hundred thousand trees, no two leaves are alike. And no two journeys along the same path are alike”
ANGIE WEILAND CROSBY
At Forest Connection, every walk is a personal experience – slow, intentional, and held with care.
Come as you are. Leave with a little more breath, a little more peace, and a deeper connection to yourself and the living world around you.
Join an upcoming Forest Therapy walk and discover how nature can guide you home — one mindful step at a time.
Slow down. Breathe deep. Reconnect.
At Forest Connection, we guide gentle, inclusive Forest Therapy walks inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, or “forest bathing.” Backed by science and rooted in stillness, these walks invite you to slow down, engage your senses, and experience nature’s healing presence. Whether you’re seeking calm, clarity, or connection, the forest offers a space to simply be – supported, seen, and restored.
Forest Therapy offers a sacred pause, an invitation to breathe deeply, engage the senses, and enter into a healing relationship with the natural world.
Studies show Forest Therapy reduces stress, supports immunity, improves sleep, and boosts mental clarity. But beyond the science lies something even deeper: a quiet remembering, that we are not separate from nature, but part of it.
At Forest Connection, our guided walks are open to all and rooted in the belief that healing begins with belonging, to the Earth, to ourselves and to something greater.
Forest Therapy. Proven by science. Guided by nature.

I arrived anxious not knowing what to expect. It was a deep calming immersement into nature. Forcing me to slow down and really appreciate the forest surroundings and all that live there. Taking these visuals with me that radiated within me for days. I revisit these visuals and relax instantly. Highly recommend this positive immercement experience with our guide Fine. It was an excellent experience and I would love to do regularly!
KAREN
I’m a lover of solitude, a curious soul with dirt under her nails and dreams of living off-grid in the deep bush, where the stars are bright and the bees hum close to home.
I believe in holding space for others to heal, thrive, and remember who they are beneath the noise of the world.
As a Certified Forest Therapy Guide, experienced Disability Support Worker, and lifelong student of nature, I walk gently, with curiosity, compassion, and deep trust in the wisdom of the forest.
