Refund/Return Policy

Forest Connection strives to deliver meaningful and high-quality nature-based wellness experiences. As part of our commitment to fairness and transparency, the following Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or changes may apply.

1. Cancellations by Participants

1.1 Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
1.2 Cancellations made within 7 days of the session are non-refundable, as we incur fixed costs in preparation and booking confirmation.
1.3 No-shows or late arrivals (arriving after session commencement) are not eligible for a refund.

2. Changes or Rescheduling by Participants

2.1 Requests to reschedule must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

3. Cancellations or Changes by Forest Connection

3.1 Forest Connection reserves the right to cancel or modify a session due to:

• Severe weather or environmental hazards

• Track or park closures

• Illness or unavailability of the guide

3.2 In these cases, participants will be offered a reschedule to a future date.

Forest Connection will notify affected participants as soon as possible.
